Our pathologists and personnel will be supported by state-of-the-art information systems, such as a proprietary AI-based pathology decision support tool, the Inify pathology workstation with structured reporting, and a tailor-made laboratory process support system.

The R&D team of Inify Laboratories will continually improve the digital tools using an agile devops process. Together with the medical and laboratory staff, as well as external partners, they will also participate in research activities to further the state of the art of digital pathology.

Meet Dr Mario
Pathologist
Inify has strengthened its team of pathologists specialized in prostate cancer through the addition of Dr Mario Verdicchio.
Mario has long experience as a pathologist and has worked at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg for over 13 years. After many years within forensic pathology, he decided to shift focus to uropathology, and for the last 10 years he has been responsible for prostate cancer diagnostics in Region Västra Götaland’s pathology department.
Mario has a Medical Doctor's degree from University of Perugia in Italy. He works for Inify as a part time consultant.
"Since I started working for Inify in the beginning of October, I have been impressed by the efficiency of the solution. I can make a diagnosis of a prostate biopsy case in about half the time it usually takes. This is possible thanks to the tailor-made LIS that works seamlessly with the diagnostic workstation, and the extremely accurate AI-based decision support tool. I make the diagnosis on a dedicated workstation from my home in Gothenburg, and the remote setup works flawlessly."
